There are extract hooks in rotary wheel pan which locates in both side of steel extract machine. when the wheel pan moving, the extract hooks hook tightly on to steel ring of two sides of tyre and steel wire will been drawn off compeletly by the strong torsional strength between hooks and wheel pan.
